A: Edible images printed on icing or wafer sheets are considered food. They fall under Section 7 of the NPH list of Icings, Filling, Frosting, Sugar Art, Toppings, under "other decor items" and would be allowed. As with any cottage food product, it must be a non potentially hazardous shelf stable item and be sold direct to the consumer. No shipping of product is allowed.
