A: To transfer ingredients into other containers, use only food grade materials designed for food use. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic containers are safe. Make sure your container has a tight fitting lid to prevent contamination and to keep ingredients fresh. To safely transfer and store ingredients: Wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry containers before refilling. Keep the original package label or Take a picture of the package with the establishment number and product codes. If product is recalled , use the photo to identify if you have the recalled product. Throw out any recalled product. Then any surfaces, shelves, or containers with soapy water, rinse with clean water, sanitize and air dry. Dilute 1 TBSP unscented, liquid chlorine bleach in 1 gallon of water
